Quantcast is an Internet Rating service which quantifies your traffic and provides demographics on your site visitors (mainly aimed at the US market). In addition to making the value of your site’s traffic to potential advertisers, Quantcast also provides useful information about other sites targeting similar audiences.

I have just made the first release of a plugin which makes adding the Quantcast quantified publisher tag to your Wordpress blog a snap. Its features are –

• no need to change you templates
• just enter your Quantified Publisher account id in the options page
• optionally exclude administration pages
• optionally exclude page views by logged in users (by level)

My plugin draws heavily on a similar plugin which adds Google Analytics tracking to your Wordpress blog. This is the Ultimate GA Plugin by Wilfred van der Deijl
